Chritmas Treats

Our friends, the Williams, came over with sugar cookies, frosting, and sprinkles for a little cookie party. How nice is that? The kids had a great time and I managed to take a few pictures. We did have a great holiday and fun in the kitchen.

Here are also some of our Gingerbread houses. The Gutierrez Family (Mark's sister) gave us a gingerbread house kit for Christmas. I was so excited to make them, but was a little fearful that I would need Elmer's glue to keep it together. It actually worked, and they never fell. That boosts my confidence for many years to come. We had two houses, one for the girls and one for the boys. They turned out cute and nobody got sick from all the candy they ate. We're anxious to do it again next year.
